Buyers Section

You want to buy IPv4, maybe you have bought before, maybe not.

Your network is expanding, either you or someone technical in your organisation has requested more IPv4 addresses, maybe they have been asking for a while.

There are some things that only buyers go through...

What does an IPv4 transfer look like for a buyer?

What are some things we need to prepare for and think about?

How will v4Jam handle this asset acquisition for me?

Pre-Approval

If you need more IPv4 the best way to prepare is to get pre-approval from your RIR. If you don't know what RIR you're in or want to know how to apply for pre-approval in your RIR... we have a link for that!

Seller Verification

Who am I buying the range from?

Most IPv4 deals happen internationally, chances are you won't know the seller of your IPv4 range. That's where we come in, v4Jam work with our sellers through multiple ranges, sometimes over years, we verify the sellers and their ranges to make sure you can be confident with each IPv4 transfer.

Range Pre-checking

To protect our sellers we share the IPv4 range on the brokering agreement once the price is agreed to. At v4Jam before we list that a range is ready for sale we pre-check it for black lists and history, so you can be sure that you're getting a quality range every time.

Funds Transfer

Most IPv4 transactions are international and can take up to 2 months if there are multiple parties involved. To ensure security for everyone in the deal we use Escrow.com. To start a transfer with v4Jam you will need an Escrow.com account.

Pricing

We endeavour to make sure that IPv4 pricing is kept at a reasonable level, however, IPv4 pricing is market lead. We promise to make sure that all pricing is known and agreed to upfront. All fees are transparent and agreed to by all parties involved.
