IPv4 Transfer Responsibilities

For each transfer of IPv4 address space there are many responsibilities for each party involved in the transaction. At v4Jam we work to make sure that each of these is managed in an easy, efficient and timely manner.

Seller Responsibilities:

Administrator access to their RIR online portal e.g. myAPNIC.net
Authorised to sell the listed IPv4 addresses - the IPv4 address space must be listed in their portal under their control
IPv4 addresses must be clean and unlisted
Authorised signatory for Transfer Agreement
Responsive to communication

Buyer Responsibilities:

Ensure their Administrator access to their RIR online portal e.g. myAPNIC.net
IPv4 pre-approval from the RIR
Escrow.com account
Funds ready to transfer to Escrow.com
Authorised signatory for Transfer Agreement
Responsive to communication

Broker, v4Jam, Responsibilities:

Clear and active access to both Seller and Buyer
Smooth and efficient transaction
Communications management
Timely execution at each stage of the transaction
Ongoing transparency for Sellers and Buyers
